Tunjangan Hari Raya (THR) is a mandatory religious holiday allowance that employers in Indonesia must pay to workers. According to Minister of Manpower Regulation No. 6/2016, employees with continuous service of 12 months or more receive 1 full month of salary. Employees with 1 month up to less than 12 months receive a pro-rata calculation (Months Worked ÷ 12 × 1 Month Salary).
